Step 4: Ship the package back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step 5: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
